1. Introduction

Welcome to Flaunt Files ("Service"), a flipbook creation service that enables users to convert PDF files into interactive flipbooks with audio capabilities. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flaunt Files ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Service. This service and its technology are both copyrighted to Sabu Francis, son of V.V.Francis, from Navi Mumbai, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flaunt Files, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Service Description

Flaunt Files provides a platform where users can:

• Upload PDF files to create interactive flipbooks

• Add audio recordings to accompany flipbook pages

• View and share created flipbooks

• Manage their flipbook content

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1. You must register for an account to use Flaunt Files.

4.2. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. User Conduct and Content

5.1. You agree not to:

• Violate any provisions of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (including amendments)

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Share malicious code or harmful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

• Use the Service for any illegal activities

5.2. Content Restrictions:

• No obscene or offensive material

• No hate speech or discriminatory content

• No content promoting violence or illegal activities

• No misleading or fraudulent content

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Restrictions

6.1. Your Content:

• You retain rights to content you upload

• You grant us license to host and display your content

• You warrant that you have rights to share uploaded content

6.2. Our Content:

• All Service-related intellectual property belongs to us

• You may not copy or modify our content without permission

6.3. Reverse Engineering Prohibition:

• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service

• You shall not create any derivative works based on the Service

• You shall not attempt to recreate, duplicate, or develop similar or competing services based on our technology, features, or functionalities

• You shall not analyze the Service for the purpose of creating a similar product or service

• Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action

6.4. Trade Secrets and Proprietary Information:

• All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to algorithms, methodologies, user interface, and technical processes are considered trade secrets

• You shall not use any information obtained through the Service to develop competing products or services

• You shall not disclose any technical aspects of the Service to third parties

7. Compliance with Indian IT Act

7.1. You must comply with all provisions of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, including:

• Data protection requirements

• Privacy regulations

• Cyber security guidelines

• Content restrictions

7.2. Prohibited activities under the IT Act include:

• Unauthorized access to computer systems

• Distribution of malicious software

• Identity theft or impersonation

• Cyber terrorism

• Publishing obscene content

• Violating others' privacy

8. Data Privacy and Security

8.1. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

9. Payment Terms

9.1. Account creation for Flaunt Files is free and forever. Each Flaunt File that is created will get a trial 2 day period (with limitations). Beyond that , a payment has to be made. Authors can request anyone to pay for a flaunt file. Each payment that is deposited would increase the validity of the Flaunt file by three months. The payment will decide the number of pages and/or the audio duration that you can have.

9.2. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Termination

10.1. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

10.2. You may terminate your account at any time and request us to delete all data you had uploaded by emailing [e-mail]

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

11.2. We shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions

• Data loss

• Consequential damages

• Third-party actions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your content

• Your violations of these Terms

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without any specific notice to users. We only publish changes on our social handles (at X.com and/or at bsky.app or both)

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
