Text to Speech
If you do not have time to record your own voice, there are many text-to-speech services.
The simplest one which is totally free, is here: https://cloudtts.com/u/index.html
When you paste content and select the language (it supports many languages!) and ask it to speak. Then click on the "Record" button to save the speech to an mp3 file. That's simple!
If you want more control, you can simultaneously record using Audacity software. This is how you do it.
Firstly, Inside Audacity, make sure you setup the Audio correctly. Click on "Audio Setup" in the toolbar.
Under "HOST" select "WSAPI"
Under "Recording" select the audio loopback option for that audio output which your computer is directing its sound to. In my computer, currently, the sound is being heard on my external speakers connected to the USB, so I selected "USB Device (Loopback)
Now in the above cloudtts website, paste in the content and select the correct language, voice character and the speed, then click "Speak" -- Just before that, start recording at Audacity, and sure enough, the website would magically convert your text to speech and that would simultaneously record at Audacity. Stop the recording, trim both the ends as needed and export the file to *.opus (recommended for speech). Or you can do more enhancements, such as mixing a music track behind the speech, etc.
That's all there is to it!
